Emily embarked on a transformative journey through the practice of breathwork two years ago when she discovered the profound impact of conscious breathing on her own life and well-being, prompting her to answer a calling to become a facilitator and share this life-altering practice with others.
After a decade of dedicated service in public education, Emily made the decision to transition to a work-from-home lifestyle, aligning her professional path with her newfound passion for breathwork. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by parents, educators, and humans existing in today's society, she has committed herself to creating a supportive space for everyone to experience the profound benefits of intentional breathwork.
To deepen her understanding and enhance her skills, Emily invested over 200 hours in hands-on facilitation training. Under the guidance of Claudia Nanino of Amarsi Breathwork, Emily underwent an apprenticeship that included not only hands-on facilitation but also 80+ hours of class training and an additional 40 hours in trauma-informed courses. This comprehensive training has equipped Emily with the knowledge and expertise needed to guide individuals through their breathwork journeys with compassion and skill.
In addition to her breathwork certifications, Emily is also a Reiki II certified practitioner. Drawing on the healing energy of Reiki, she seamlessly integrates this practice into her breathwork sessions, creating a holistic and nurturing experience for her clients. Emily's unique approach reflects her commitment to fostering a mind-body connection and providing a safe and supportive environment for personal growth and healing.
